You are my Spring blessing…

You are my Spring blessing…

Loveliest girl in my world,

she drank her morning coffee and

her tan bare feet moving with the morning song

of the birds and the nearby sea.

The sea lions were singly loudly and

she told me.

I love the Monterey sounds , the strong coffee and

the poet’s song.

Please whisper me a poem to make me smile.

“Something wicked, something sweet.

You are.

You are my whiskey kisses at midnight,

you are my six am friend,

who walk the long Monterey sea shore with me.

I love you content, I love you restless.

You are my sea-side blessing,

a poet’s last wish.

I shall love you,

till I can’t love no-more.”

The prettiest girl near the dancing Pacific,

she smiled and she brought me near.

She wrapped her arms around me and

I laid in her lap.

She told me.

Thank you for…

I found a red scarf near your door,

I put my face into the scarf.

I could smell the scent your pale skin……

I knew the heartbreak hotel often,

was the sweetest tasting wine ever.

I wanted more and I am willing to taste the bitter after-taste…..

Hot damns, she was so fine,

she had the Devil eyes and the voodoo kiss.

She painted my dreams dark and I was hell-bound….

I wrote on her bare back poetry of love.

I traced her rose bush tattoo from calf to upper back.

I whispered to her. You are my endless storm…

She wanted to show me mercy,

walking toward the door with her sweet smile alive and well.

I begged for more and she returned.

Just a dance in the clouds, dear lover…

Just a dance in the clouds, dear lover…

Once I knew wanderlust,

I wanted to swim in the seven seas,

I wanted to findsacred places in our world,

I wanted to dance in the clouds with a kind lady.

The Gypsy man,

now he had the great lakes,

Port Austin and easy dreams.

Once dark poet,

once poet of madness wants,

to be brave again.

He told the Lake St. Clair,

help me find the places of laughter,

show me,

life is more than waiting for death kiss.

He told the rising sun,

send me the barefoot gal,

who love to sing, love to smile.

someone to revive my sleeping mind.

Once upon a blue moon,

he had a wonder,

a girl who loved the star,

loved dancing nude to a Leonard song.

Made the darkness seem so bright and beautiful. He told the dancing lake, tell the lady of…

Show me, where it hurts…

 Show me, where it hurts…

One- She was a earth angel,

she had a raging spirit and she loved the sea, the deep forest.

She weaved safe place for me with the beach walks and the midnight talks.

We love the carousel near the sea.

I held her hand on painted horses and we sang together love words to the moon and the stars.

I was her Apollo and she was my earth angel.

We had enough.

Two- She found me half-dead and praying for death.

I held my whiskey tightly and I told her.

Pretty lady, I am waiting for the last train to hell.

I saw in her eyes, not pity, but wonder.

She told me as she took my Black Velvet whiskey.

She drank from the bottle and she smiled.

She asked me. Show me, where it hurts and I will find a cure for you.
