sometimes I feel
like the walls are closing in
when the darkness hangs above me
I just need you to sit here and love me
I’m not asking you
to solve any of my problems
I just need you
to sit here and love me
when I feel like
I’m at the bottom of a well
looking for a way out
I just need you to sit here and love me
I’m not asking for much
just the tenderness
of your touch
and to just sit here and love me
