Juice

By sun's zenith we plunged on
filling our baskets brim,
our shirts stained and torn,
your cheek bleeding,
eyes smiling and lips fulsome;
by moon's zenith we plunge
into the juice of life with
sugar tongued, 
softly encrusted,
moist slices of
your blackberry pie.
