    Or should I say……

    I eat and eat
    And rest my feet
    Sugar and lard
    Till I see the Telly testcard
    Beer and wine make me feel fine
    Dine on takeouts
    Delivered to my lap
    My waistline is full of waste
    Time to change at a slow pace
    Healthy changes in mind and body
    Bit by bit I’ll turn the corner
    I don’t need to be skinny
    Or a muscular hunk
    Just to become healthy before my life’s shrunk.
