Serious Moonlight (a poem)

(armedwithcoffee)

Make love to me
As the flowers sway
As the wind ripples across our backs
A soft palette of fine green grass our bed
Bodies entwined, illuminated by the fullness of the moon
Your fingers through my hair
My mouth pressed to yours
Hold me to the earth
I will bring you to the stars.
