Donkey, humble beast of burden
chosen to carry the Lord in
mother’s womb and again at the
end on the trip to betrayal.
It is interesting that this lowly
beast was featured in this most
famous drama. His legs are too short,
a voice that jars, yet he is honored
by his willingness to carry the
messenger of love.
Each of us are evolving, becoming
messengers of love and truth.
Our outer form may have imperfections,
while within we are each beloved
by our Creator who knows our worth.
