Grateful
If I could give you the world I would
even though you would never ask
you take my broken pieces
and fix them
you keep me from staying down
when I don’t want to get up
when my insecurity hits me
you are there and end my doubts
I promise to make sure you know
that I’m grateful
I could write a million words
but they would never be enough
to fill a book about your love
I am so grateful for you
