THE WAY FORWARD FOR OTHERS AND YOURSELF
Have you done something you feel, it is unforgivable?
Have you been hurt big time you feel you can’t heal and move on?
Did something bad happen and you blame yourself, thinking you caused it or it would have been different if you were around? Or do you hold a grudge on someone because they messed up?
Hush now! Don’t kill yourself over it, you have to learn to forgive and let go. I didn’t say forget, because that is pretty too much to ask for a start.
