HOW TO DEAL WITH IT
Everyone feels insecurity, its apart of our lives, which is filled with uncertainties, no matter how much we want to get rid of that uncertainty. We often use the term “insecure” to label a person who doubts himself, but the truth is no one is free from feeling insecure. it’s not a problem to feel fear, self doubt, frustration etc, these are just feelings.
The problem comes from how we deal with the feeling of insecurity. Many curl up and hide, some lash out at someone in a hurtful way, harden their rigid view of the world so that everyone else is wrong and they are continually angry. We may procrastinate and get into distraction, use social media to avoid and hide the feeling, try to control other and the world around us to end this feeling. Buts these are not the best options.
