Sugar Rush 💋🔥

GlitzyRitzyMommy

Sugar rush

Candy crush

Her lips taste of sweet poison 💋

Hypnotic

Seductive

Delicious kiss

Such curvy hips

She melt you

Devilish eyes

Passionate cries

Such a decant dessert

Delight

Be ready to stay up all night 💋

Swaying

The high will over take you

Depths of pleasure

Unexplored

You have never seen this before

Do you dare

Just beware

She will own you! 💋🔥💋💋

Criticism—Yes, It Can Hurt

Wise words! “Not everybody likes you – but not everybody matters!”

Andrew McDowell

Once a writer’s work is published it is out there—and at the mercy of the critics. Reviews are what help spread the word about their writing, but the simple fact is that not everyone is going to like it—or at least be glowing with praise. Of course, one would hope they would, but people have different likes and tastes, and so they will find certain things they like—and don’t like—about a particular work. A writer puts hours—years—of passion and hard work into it, and to have it criticized—yes, it can make a writer feel low.

I know. People have posted reviews of Mystical Greenwood over the past three years. Most, I’m happy to say, have enjoyed it. But there have been aspects about it that weren’t to their taste. For example, some thought the language was still too flowery, or didn’t like the alternating points of view, or had trouble…

it snows every day you’re not around
I drive around memories of you
a cul-de-sac collection
the finest rose-coloured moments

when you always said the right thing
and everything else
every misstep or argument
swiftly forgotten

how often do we put people on pedestals
imaginations of the faces we project
the faces we wish we were

A dance with death..

A dance with Death……

(If you are lucky. We get warnings to change our ways.
Years ago I was trying to drink myself to death. A beautiful woman
change my direction. Spirits with wise advice do warn us that we
control our destiny. I’m a historian and believe if we open our hearts
and mind. We can have a good life. Death is always close. Must forgive the sins
against you and your sins done in our life. A wise man/woman learn to move
on and is thankful for one more day to celebrate being alive.)

I was sitting alone in a Austin tavern.
Drinking shots of Johnnie Walker whiskey and a lot of beer.
Wishing to be somewhere else.

I was trying to erase my memory.
No cure for a beautiful faces.
Hard to erase desire to feel and hold a woman that is gone.

The dance of emotions

A Poem byCoyote Poetry
"

Life is fair. We must give to receive.

"  The Dance of Emotions…

A sweet angel was waiting on the bed for me.
Her skimpy negligee showing silky smooth skin.
She told me. “Come to me please.”
I went to her and I sat close to her.

She desired proof of love.
I traced her body with my fingers and
her perfume create a havoc.
I desired to taste her tender skin,
ravish her voluptuous body.

I whispered. “All I can give to you is a rendezvous of a misguided man with the desire of illicit and raunchy sex. I had a meltdown in the emotion of love.
Nullified my heart so long ago.”

“My only redemption is my desire not to teach you the melody of tarnish words and leave you alone in the seize of hate and loneliness.”

Beautiful…
