“This rage of mine may stir and rumble,
but it was never there for you.”
Don’t mistake a good-hearted person for someone they are not. A true, good person will take whatever is thrown at them, and they will take it with grace and composure. They do not aim to destroy someone or defame them. They do not taunt, and attempt to incite a rage that is not there to ignite.
You see, the rage I hold inside is reserved for the man that haunted and destroyed my childhood. But it’s a rage that sits calm in the corner. It may stir and rumble, but it stays where it belongs. It was never there for you.
