Life Box – Quote of the day
Nature’s Hug
Immersed in sea water.
I feel silky.
Enveloped by the ocean wind.
I feel protected.
Captured by the sun.
It’s positivity raining down on me.
Nature’s good side makes me glad to be alive.

wanting to slow down ~ wanting to have some more time ~ to count my words
#Haiku: Morning Glory Blues
Don’t Miss the beauty and wisdom in this post!!

Happiness is NOW! It isn’t tomorrow. It isn’t yesterday. Happiness is like a morning glory: Yesterday’s won’t bloom again; tomorrow’s hasn’t opened yet. Only today’s flower can be enjoyed today. Be happy this very moment, and you’ll learn how to be happy always.- Goswami Kriyananda
morning glory blues-
brave lonely little flower
struggling to survive
Tightrope walk
Man balances on a rope
High above gorges
Walks between love and hate
Between hope and doubt
Truth and lie
Freedom and captivity
Promises and breaking words
Faithfulness and unfaithfulness
Between honesty and show
Chooses the next step:
Up or down
Positive or negative
How many times he still has got to fall…
The right decision brings him up
The wrong down…
So let us be aware of our steps we take…

Leaving the Nest
Time to leave the nest.
The little bird hesitates,
Mama bird gives a loving nudge,
little bird flutters to the
ground filled with fear.
Cat pounces and eats baby bird,
end of story.
Baby bird steps off the nest,
spreads his wings and soars.
Finally free of the nest he
was reluctant to leave.
How does your story end?
Broken Promises
Can vows be broken?
Is it better to never make them?
Can we say “forever, except…”
I wonder why we make vows
when it is so difficult to
keep them. Is it a lack
of integrity that we often
break vows or is life just
too unpredictable?
V ery soon forgotten
O nly good for as long as it lasts
W ounded hearts soon forget
