How To Deal With Toxic People

Be Inspired..!!

Your life is yours to live. Life is too short to waste it being someone you’re not, doing things that don’t make you happy, and spending time with people who are posionous to your self-worth. By stepping away from unhealthy relationships we make room in our lives for new, better connections. We renew our hope, restore our freedom and open ourselves to fresh possibilities.

Here are how you can deal with toxic people :

  • Mentally prepare yourself for an upcoming encounter with a toxic or belligerent person. It can be a simple as taxing a few deep breaths and reminding yourself how awesome you are to rehearsing key lines you can say to remain calm while standing your ground.

Sunday Writing Prompt – 30th August – Discovery

my little red heart

Update on our Dear Friend Drew!!!

The Lonely Author

my little red heart

This little red heart has been my loyal companion. She helped me through every cough and sneeze. She even rests on my chest as I sleep at night.

Doing well. I am past my little bout with pneumonia.

Walking everyday in an attempt to build up my strength and honestly, it is like starting all over again. Just taking life one step at a time.

Thank you all of your kind messages and wishes.

Anxious to reconnect with all of you.

Have a great week.
