‘TIL WE DANCE AGAIN

By Keza And Charles Robert Lindholm

In The Wee Small Hours,
In The Backside Of The Night
In My Dreams
You Hold Me Tight,
When You Come
To Dance With Me

Young Lovers Laughing,
Giggling And Smiling
Dressed In Gowns
And Fancy Suits
Gazing Into
Each Other’s Eyes

Out On The Dance Floor
In A Waltz, A Tango,
The Bop Or The Twist
Knowing Each Other’s Moves
From A Long Ago Love,
You’re The One Who I’ve Missed

My Favorite Dreams
Are Always With You
Reliving Memories
And Moments Too

Waking In The Morning
Is Bittersweet,
Remembering The Thrill
But Ending My Dream
Of You

Mornings Leave Me Longing
For Another Dance Or Two,
‘Cause Dreaming Is The Only Way
I Still Can Be With You

And So Each Night
Beneath The Stars
I Wait For The Dream
When We Can Love
And Dance Again

Very nice poem, like a story from someone’s life.
