Beneath Cloistered Bowers

Don’t miss one of Linda’s best romantic poems

Charmed Chaos

Here beneath tendrils of green willow tree
Where sun seldom kisses darkening shade
A secret world exists for you and me
As we patiently wait for light to fade

Once brilliant sun sets, pale moon rises high
Your hands find their way to my secret place
From my lips escape pleasurable sighs
As my fluttering heart begins to race

Shedding our clothes beneath cloistered bowers
Time slips away, day blends into night
Whiling away tender passionate hours
Safe from prying eyes, hidden from their sight

Oh! My darling pray this night never ends
For here in your arms I’ll forever spend
