Waiting for you, waiting to catch a glimpse of your face in the crowd
Each second passes like an eon and yet here I am standing waiting
I wonder why I haven’t shriveled away to dust a long time ago
No mortal lives for eternity, the time I have stood here and waited
Death has taken you away forever otherwise I am sure that you
Would have returned at least once to show me your beloved face
