Keep it alive

Facing the waves crashing into the sea

I step on the ship holding on to my courage

The journey seems perilous and dangerous

Yet I have promises to keep and a risk I will take

Someone dear is waiting for me on the other side

If I don’t fulfill my pledge I will fail myself too

This promise is even more precious than my life
