Confab With Me

Her emotions,
causing a turmoil on her mind
and she fought hard
to evade the tears
as she forced a bleak smile
on her visage
and moved swiftly
to hide behind the crowd
but the emotions were too overwhelming
as the brine teemed in her heart,
and lumped in her throat
before finding its way
through her innocuous eyes
