Come meet two new friends and enjoy their blog!!!
Winter fest on snow-capped hills
Villages bedecked with baubles shine
Trees aglow with fairies topped
Children wait for Santa’s sleigh
To hear the bells on Christmas Day
Sending love and cheer to one and all
Who visit us throughout the year
From Anita and Jaye…
Love is around us Let it envelop your heart And heal your sadness

Paint me white with frosted snow,
Crunching free beneath my toes.

Glistening veils that seem to grow,
As I stand watching this world from below.

Some days these fingers ache when holding my writing lead
or perhaps it’s my soul keening, wallowing in woe,
How much more must a heart spill with words in black repose
Does not your fingers bleed when grasping too tight the memory of the thorny rose?
