I have been voicing my opinion time and again, against the social evils through the power and reach of my words.” I’m not a silent poet”is a platform with welcomes the quality poems of protest and gives them the much-needed voice.
Please read my eight poems here and visit the blog to see the amazing work done by the editor.

Night Owl Poetry - Dorinda Duclos
Sunlight wakes a sleepless mind
And still I long to dream, I find
Raindrops lingering, barren trees
Branches swaying, a subtle breeze
Clouds, at last, have gone away
A Peaceful morning, blessed day
For I have opened my tired eyes
Thankful, once again, to rise
Have a Blessed Sunday ❤

Emnating from the depth of ones soul
Reaching out in a boundless bond
Loving and living
Compassion connects and how!
Extend a helping…

AUTUMN LEAVES IN VERMONT
BLINDING SPLASHES OF COLOUR,
AS LEAVES ABANDON THEIR TREE,
RUSTIC FLUTTERINGS DANCE IN TIME TO THE WATERS EBB AND FLOW,
LISTENING, YOU CAN HEAR THEM
WEEP AS THEY SAY GOODBYE,
THEIR LAST BREATH OF BEAUTY.
