We think it is a great opportunity to give a shout-out to another writer who has wowed us or creatively inspired us.  However, Pay It Forward Thursday has not been getting a lot of love lately, which we think is a shame. When eyes meet and sparkle,
the songs sound sweeter,
the birds chirping hums,
the leaves ruffle in a rhythmic sway
and the moonlit skies appear ecstatic
suddenly the world becomes
more beautiful
that’s how it resonates,
when the heart meet its love

Siren Whispers

cascades over my skin

with intent.

It caresses my thighs

it’s fingers moving ever upward

and inward.

It pools in my depths

lingering with expectation. 

It washes over me

like the surf over sand.

Violently

vigorously

forcefully

fiercely

ferociously

fervently.

completely

with the passionate purpose

Midwest Fantasy Writes

Dear Abby

I wrote the letter

every heartbeat

scribed in blue ink

my hand pouring forth

what no one else

would ever know

untethered dreams

we mused of

in naked nights

prayers of every tomorrow

talked out loud on aching skin

forever and afters

screamed in climaxing dances

where we invited each other’s mind

to hold hands

__

I wrote for days and nights

until our unfinished story

had no more to tell

then ripped it to shreds

sending our broken pieces

in a balloon

to where nowhere exists
