THEY CALL IT POETRY – REPRISE

By Charles Robert Lindholm

Mosaic
messages
tapestries of truth
woven
with rhythm
and rhyme

a canvas of colors
filled with phrases
and words
in a well crafted line
done from a vision
of the heart’s design

They call it poetry
and sometimes it’s mine

  1. So Beautiful, Chuck and I nominated you in the 3.2.1. Quote on hope. I was nominated by Didi, so I felt you’d be a great person to nominate. Thanks and enjoy the day.

      1. Welcome, dear Chuck. It is wonderful when thoughts coming from deep within flow directly from our pen to paper – it is sometimes so as if we have not written it, but something inside us, like a hidden force.
        Best wishes my friend

        1. Yes, Didi, you captured exactly the way it feels sometimes for sure! (read my “I AM NOT A POET”, if you haven’t yet) I feel like a scribe to the Universe who whispers to me!
Thanks so much for your wonderful comment, Didi
          Have a great day!

    1. Oh, there you go, making me blush!!! You know I just write down what the Universe whispers to me or my Muse brings to me!! So many times I feel like I’m just a scribe!! Thank you so very much for your lovely and sweet comment!!!
