Indentation

Come and feel the joy in Megha’s poem – INDENTATION

Megha's World

karoline-soares-400147-unsplash.jpgA colorful explosion,

a kaleidoscopic implosion,

a vibrance shattered amongst

the ends of the horizon

and scattered across the galaxy

with its tinge appearing

in every shade

of the sunrise and sunset

painting the crimson laced sky

in the wee hours of the day

the burst of the colors

those glittering and spellbinding

sending the vibration

thought out the galaxy

in a frenzy only to be

experienced by you and me

the way it has been layered

and hidden in the strata

of the earth

and the rising from

the core of its womb

that exuberance and the warmth

is carried by your smile

that little indentation in your skin.

I am You

Do Not Miss Nandita’s amazingly romantic love poem – I AM YOU! Be sure to visit her blog too!

A Tangle of Weeds

If words could speak,
I would tell you
what you mean to me.
All those things my poems could never emote
no matter how much and how often I write
For, words are so inadequate to tell you..
all that you are
so much more than you think you are

If only words could speak
as eloquently as my heart does
Then I’d have told you
that You are You
And now I think
I too am You

Maybe somewhere

Come and imagine with the yearning and wistful words of – MAYBE SOMEWHERE

A Faded Romantic's Notebook

Maybe

you are out there

somewhere.

Maybe

somewhere close

beyond fields

and trees

roads and cities

valleys and streams.

Maybe

somewhere far

beyond borders

and flags

mountains and lakes

continents and seas.

Maybe

somewhere

beneath

different skies

in a different land

with a different tongue

and a different skin.

.

Maybe

you are out there

somewhere.

Maybe

you are out there

somewhere

waiting

for me.

Physical Touch — Love Joy Balance

If you are a parent, grandparent or Aunt or Uncle please read Angela’s – PHYSICAL TOUCH – LOVE, JOY, BALANCE

The Abundant Heart

I asked my children this question, “How do you know your mommy and daddy love you?” Their first response was each ‘because you tell me’ and quickly to follow was, ‘because you tuck me in at night and hug and kiss me.’ Last week I posted about the love language of words of affirmation, in […]

PRODIGAL LOVER

MAN SITTING ON PIER AT SUNSET
By Charles Robert Lindholm

She Sailed
Into The Sunset
Never Looking Back
Or Waving

Without A Care
Or Second Thought
She Left Me
For Anywhere But Here

I Suppose
She’s Happy
Wherever It Is
She’s Ended Up

But I Still
Walk The Beach
Each Day
At Sunset
LIFEGUARD CHAIR AT SUNSET - EMPTY
I Climb Up
Into The
Lifeguard’s Seat
For A Better View
Of The Horizon

As My Heart
Still Hopes
For The Return
Of My Prodigal Lover

My Head
Knows The Truth
And Keeps
Whispering
To My Heart
And My Soul

Find Another Girl!
MAN ON SHORE LOOKING TO THE HORIZON AT SUNSET
And Someday . . .
I May
But Not Today
