Drifting

Come and read the perils of “Drifting”

Confab With Me

Gradually but slowly,
one tiny step at a time,
like the sand on the banks of a river
deposited over time,
they drifted and fell apart
unsure when the narrow crevices,
and tiny fissures
had become so wide and gaping
that love has fallen off in some deep ravine

Forevers

Come and enjoy Sarah’s elegant poem of love and forever!!! Don’t Miss This!!

Sarah Doughty

“It was always you.
You made me believe in forever.”

You see, I believe.
I believe in fate.
In you and me.
And no matter
what happens
during my day,
I know you will
always be there,
right by my side.
I believe in all
of those things,
because you proved
they exist.
It was always you.
You made me believe
in forever.

There’s a reason you’re my constant.

Mallet

Come and read Andrew’s great post!

Andrew Green's Poems

The hardest stone

Can be cracked with a mallet.

If you take a chisel

And carefully bang it.

It has to be tapped

In just the right place.

There’s one chance to shape it

It can’t be replaced.

Life and it’s problems

Can be just the same.

You mustn’t swing wildly

But carefully take aim.

First see things clearly

Get them straight in your mind;

Know where you are going

And how to begin.

Then strike with your mallet

An aim straight and true

Chisel the future that

Was meant for you.

I’d Never Forget You

Come and enjoy Frank’s romantic and moving love poem!

Frank Solanki

Look back upon the flying time
How swiftly it went
Strongly etched in this heart of mine
The memories we spent
Now that we’re no longer together
Distant and apart
My heart beats now even stronger
Yearning for your heart
I know that your heart misses me
Mine misses you too
I know you’d never forget me
And I’d never forget you

ANGEL TEARS FALL

Come and enjoy this beautiful poem that Dear Fiona allowed me to collaborate on with her!

wordsworthsmuse

By Fiona Renshaw and Charles Robert Lindholm

Angel tears fall from the sky,
As they lay watching from the clouds,
Saddened by the world they see,
They cry to see our fear.

They cry because they know
peace is possible with love
but the choices we make
are not love for one another
but for self

Angel tears fall from the sky
as they hope for better days!

Days of reaching out
Touching the hearts of mankind
Listening with fear,

they hear the cries
They feel the pain.
The tears they cry
fall as rain
upon the ground
and souls of the world
with a hope that love
will grow and peace
blossom
