The Moon Knows All My Secrets
Since I Was A Child
It Has Been The One
I Whisper My Wishes
And My Fears To
It Has Seen
All My Sins
And Knows
My Joys
It Has Been
My Confessor
Stoically And
Silently
Listening
I’ve Never
Had The Man
In The Moon
Reply
But I Know
He’s Heard
And Seen
Everything
But I’m Not
Worried
I Trust The Moon
With My Secrets

You are making me blush, My Dear! I’m not near prolific enough. The law of large numbers works against poems – you have to write a lot to get a few gems. Hence my motivation to write often. I use the prompts and get plenty from you and other talented writers who leave little seeds of inspiration in a word or a phrase, a tittle or topic in your works. If you get in the habit of writing everyday you start to really love and want to write everyday. I think writing Haikus also helps. 17 syllables a day is not overwhelming! LOL!

You are being humble.Haikus are way out of my league.I can’t stick to a structure while writing a poem..emotions just flows out and I feel restricted.I also get inspired from talent around us in WordPress community.
Thanks for such nice words.

I understand! I thought I would too but they have become fun to me. Sort of like doing Sudoku.
